1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MatchDay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Services

MatchDay is a multi-vendor ticketing platform connecting football viewing centres with fans. We facilitate ticket sales, manage payments, and provide community features for football enthusiasts.

3. User Accounts

Users must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may hold only one account.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must provide accurate information about their viewing centres, maintain stated capacity limits, deliver the viewing experience as advertised, and comply with all applicable local regulations.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Paystack. A platform commission applies to each transaction as defined by the vendor's fee model. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through the dispute resolution process. Vendors receive the ticket revenue minus the applicable platform commission.

6. Ticket Policy

Tickets are tied to individual accounts and are non-transferable. QR codes are one-time use and become invalid after verification at the venue entrance. Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will result in account suspension.

7. Community Guidelines

Forum participants must maintain respectful discourse. Hate speech, spam, and abusive behaviour are prohibited. Moderators reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
